Full Moon Releasing Ceremony & U-Pick

Join Sarah, a Spiritual Mindset Mentor, under the full moon, in the presence of beautiful blooms to energetically release anything holding you back from living the best version of your life. Full moons are supercharged powerful times, ideal for releasing any attachments, blocks & barriers keeping you stuck & holding you back from the desires on your heart. After we do the energetic work to release them, we make room for our intentions to manifest quicker and with more ease.

The night will consist of:

• full moon astrology reading to understand the energies & aspects of this specific full moon and how it effects us
• somatic movement on our yoga mats to relax into our bodies
• kria yogic breathwork to bring any stuck energy to the surface
• guided visualization meditation
• programming a crystal 
• group fire burning releasing ceremony
• exploring the flower farm to fill a mason jar full of freshly cut flowers to take home

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket (suggested: bring 2, one for below your yoga mat & one on top to cover yourself during meditation), water bottle and your favourite crystal to program - optional: bug spray & cash (there will be some candles & crystals available for additional purchase). Dress in athletic gear with layers, we will be moving but it may get chilly out as the night falls.

We ask that you arrive on time or a few minutes early to get yourself set up and settled. 

All materials for the full moon ceremony (pencil, workbook, lighter, etc) and u-pick supplies will be provided.

There are no public washrooms on site. There is a rest stop in Drumbo for those travelling and we are 5 mins from Burford.
