Lisi season has arrived!!!

Our “watch my flowers grow” series has come to an end for another season. I started these seeds back in December (I also bought some plugs as backup since this was the first time I had started lisi from seed) and 8 months later, we finally get to see these beauties bloom.

Lisianthus are truly a beautiful cut flower. I’m a BIG fan of the ruffled, frilly varieties & nothing compares to locally grown Lisianthus with their thick, sturdy stems bursting with blooms.

Sadly, we have had some issues with heavy, heavy rains knocking over the lisi this year (even with netting) and bending our straight stems (so much damage this year from rain), but they’re still just as beautiful and we can’t wait to share them with you!!! 🌸🌸🌸

Ft. My heavy breathing because holy smokes, this is the biggest arm load of strawflower I have ever harvested. 😮‍💨
Strawflower are one of my favourite flowers and so underrated. I use a TON of it dried and can never seem to grow enough of it. It’s gorgeous fresh in bouquets and just as stunning dried as it holds its colour. 🌸
