New Moon Manifestation Workshop & U-Pick

Join Sarah, a Spiritual Mindset Mentor, under the new moon in the presence of beautiful blooms for our first ever manifestation workshop. New moons are supercharged times for new beginnings, to set new intentions & to manifest. 

The night will consist of:

• a new moon astrology reading to understand the energies & aspects of this specific moon cycle
• intention setting
• somatic movement on our yoga mats to relax & connect inwards
• Sarah's mind, body, soul manifestation method (with workbook)
• guided visualization meditation
• kria yogic breathwork & movement to clear limiting beliefs & subconscious blocks
• exploring the flower farm to fill a mason jar full of freshly cut flowers to take home

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket (suggested: bring 2, one for below your yoga mat & one on top to cover yourself during meditation) and water bottle - optional: bug spray & cash (there will be some candles & crystals available for purchase). Dress in athletic gear with layers, we will be moving but it may get chilly out as the night falls. Please arrive on time to get yourself set up and settled. 

All materials for the new moon workshop and u-pick supplies will be provided, however if you have a favorite pen to write with, feel free to bring it with you. 

There are no public washrooms on site. There is a rest stop in Drumbo for those travelling and we are 5 mins from Burford.
